The Cabernet has an intense ruby-red color with lighter tones with bright maroon. It has an expressive nose with hints of strawberries and currants, along with spicy hints of black pepper, red bell peppers, and Calahorra peppers. It has round persistent tannins. An elegant wine with a very good body and structure.
